What is my NCUOne log in username?Students will always use the NCU email address, ending in @o365.ncu.edu. You can also click Forgot Username, provide the required information and your username will be displayed.
*Note that is the letter O and not a zero!
Staff and Faculty will always use their @ncu.edu email address. |
I can't remember my password.Students: Please click on Forgot/Reset Password and provide your personal email address on file, first and last name. An email will be sent with a link to reset your password.
Faculty and Staff: You will use your NCU email password.

I am getting an Unauthorized User error when trying to log into NCUOne.This is caused by going to an old, inactive login page. Please go to welcome.ncu.edu, select Click Here to Log Into NCUOne and that is the correct login page. |
User is not found when using Forgot/Reset Password or Forgot Username.Your first and last names will need to be typed exactly as they appear in our systems. Please see the examples below:
NCU Systems - Mary O'Smith, Mary Jane-Smith, Mary-Jane Smith
If you continue receiving an error and believe it is related to how your name appears on our systems, please contact your Advisor and they will be able to provide the information.

I can't log into my.ncu.edu or learners.ncu.edu. To log into my.ncu.edu or learners.ncu.edu you will use the same password as NCUOne.
Your username will be the first half of your NCU email address, example: J.Doe1234 |

When trying to access The Commons I am prompted to login and my credentials are not working.Active students will click Sign on with SSO and use your NCUOne credentials to log in.
Alumni will click Direct Login and use the credentials that were provided to you.
If you are Alumni but do not have access to The Commons, please email commons@ncu.edu and request access. |
